Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Cadensiq, provided by Encipherer Technologies. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organization.

Your account

You are responsible for your workspace, the people you invite and what they do in it. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Send only to contacts you have a lawful basis to email, and follow the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients.
• Identify yourself honestly and keep unsubscribe options working.
• Do not use Cadensiq for deceptive, harassing, illegal or malicious content, or to send from mailboxes you are not authorized to use.

We may pause sending or suspend a workspace that puts recipients, mail providers or other customers at risk.

Your content

Your leads, campaigns and replies remain yours. You give us the rights needed to store and process them to provide the service.

Plans and allowances

Each plan has allowances for sending, AI drafting and workspace size, shown on our pricing page and in the product. Sending beyond an allowance is held until it renews or you change plan.

Availability

We work to keep Cadensiq reliable, but delivery depends on your mailbox provider and recipients' mail servers, which we do not control. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
