Privacy policy

This policy explains how Encipherer Technologies ("we") handles personal data in Cadensiq, our outbound email platform, and on this website.

Two kinds of data

Workspace users. When you create an account we process your name, email address, organization details and how you use the product, so we can provide the service, secure it and support you.

Your prospects. Leads you import, the messages you send them and the replies you receive belong to your organization. For this data you are the controller and we act as your processor: we store and process it only to run the service for you.

How we use data

• To send the campaigns you approve from your own mailbox and to collect replies, bounces and unsubscribes.
• To keep each workspace separate, secure and within its plan allowances.
• To send you product and account notifications you can control in your settings.

AI drafting

When you ask Cadensiq to draft a campaign, we send your campaign brief, business context, audience description, reference links, the names of approved personalization fields and how many contacts have them to an AI provider. We do not send prospect names, email addresses, lead rows, private notes or suppression lists.

Security

Mailbox credentials are encrypted before storage and are never shown again. Workspace data is scoped to its organization on our servers. Our team does not browse workspace content by default; support access is time-limited and recorded.

Retention

Workspace data is kept while your account is active. Unsubscribe and suppression records are kept so that people who opted out are not contacted again.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. If you are a prospect who received an email sent through Cadensiq, use the unsubscribe link in that email, or contact the sender directly; we will help route your request.
