Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free Hobby plan includes every feature with one mailbox, 500 emails a month and 5 AI drafts a day. No card is needed to start.
What counts as an AI credit?
One generated draft uses one credit, whether it is a one-email announcement or a three-step sequence. Editing, saving, reusing and applying drafts are free.
What happens when I reach my monthly email allowance?
Remaining messages wait instead of sending, so nothing goes over the limit. Sending continues when the allowance renews at the start of the month, or after you move to a larger plan.
Do plans have different features?
No. Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ in allowances: emails, mailboxes, team members, leads, open campaigns, templates and imports.
Do I need a new domain or mailbox?
No. Cadensiq sends from a business mailbox you already have, over standard SMTP, and reads replies over IMAP.
How do Enterprise plans work?
Enterprise starts at $399 a month with custom allowances agreed with you. Contact us and we will size it to your volume.
